Files of the vice president in charge of production who conducted preliminary negotiations with producers and directors, oversaw the progress of production, and maintained a broad range of relationships with producers during the exhibition period. Bagnall's major duties, as reflected in this series of papers, were to keep track of the financing and production costs for the various films.
